A beautiful villa located in a quiet, rural area near the charming town of Vinjerac, 25 km from the impressive historic city of Zadar. The villa offers a tranquil setting for a relaxing holiday, as well as plenty of amenities for entertaining your family and friends.

The 200 m2 villa is located on a 1000 m2 plot. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open-plan living area that includes a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, all with direct exit to a fantastic terrace and pool area.

Also on the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 share a bathroom. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor. The first floor is accessed from the outside and has its own entrance as well as an additional kitchenette. There are 2 more bedrooms on the first floor. One has a double bed and the other has a double bed and an extra bed. There is a bathroom and an additional toilet.

The outdoor area offers a variety of amenities - a heated swimming pool, a children's pool, a covered barbecue area, sun loungers, a covered lanai gazebo, an outdoor dining and seating area... The villa has a sauna, hot tub, children's playground, basketball court, satellite TV, Wi-Fi throughout the house and offers parking.

Younger groups under the age of 23 are not allowed.

Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
