The luxurious villa was built in a contemporary style with rustic decorative elements, and the delicacy in designing the details of its interior will take your breath away. The villa is located in a quiet part of the city of Zadar - the heart of Dalmatia, just a few steps from the coast. The villa covers an area of 390 m2, with 5 apartments spread over three floors and suitable for a maximum of 14 people.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor there are rooms that are ideal for socializing - common dining room, living room, summer kitchen, sauna with shower, also two toilets.

1st floor:
There are 2 apartments on the first floor of the villa. One apartment has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the other has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each apartment is fully equipped with a living room, kitchen and terrace.

2nd floor: On the second floor there are two more apartments, each with a bedroom,
an en-suite bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. All rooms have a terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy intimate or shared relaxing moments in a spacious area with comfortable garden furniture.

3rd floor (attic):
In the attic of the villa there is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other two with a single bed and a bathroom. The attic does not have a balcony exit.

Exterior:
In the fully fenced yard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool with an interesting fish shape, size 45 m2 and depth 1.5 m and part of the pool for children with a depth of 40 cm and an outdoor shower. There are also 5 sun loungers around the pool where you can relax in the summer sun.

In the courtyard of the villa there is also an outdoor barbecue and a summer kitchen, from where you have unhindered and direct access to all the facilities on the ground floor. The outdoor barbecue is complemented by a large table for 12 people. In the basement there is also a Dalmatian tavern with a large table for 12 people.

Outside the courtyard of the villa there are 5 parking spaces available. If you are a boat lover and you arrive with your own boat, you also have a fixed mooring for a boat up to 12 m long and 6 m wide and 1.5 m draught.
