Welcome to this beautiful holiday home, a newly built villa on the island of Pašman, part of the Zadar archipelago. The villa is located in Dobropoljana, a neighboring village in Pašman County, and is only 40 meters from the beach.
The villa with an area of 180 m2 is located on a charming 500 m2 plot and has a house with a terrace and pool. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a cozy living room. The living room has a direct exit to a covered terrace – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with your family and friends.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all of which have individually controlled air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. An additional toilet is also available.
When it's time to gather and enjoy nature, you can enjoy a refreshment in the swimming pool, have a nice time on the covered terrace or prepare a family dinner in the barbecue area and enjoy it in an outdoor dining area.
The beach is only 40 meters away and consists of sand and pebble sections. There are 4 parking spaces on the property. The house has SAT TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. The Internet connection is Starlink - currently the fastest and most reliable solution.
Pets are welcome at an additional cost.
